摘要
目的：探讨老年患者行电视腹腔镜胆囊切除术围术期的护理方法。方法：对152例患者术前加强评估，做好心理护理和术前准备；术后严密观察病情变化、对症护理。结果：149例患者术后恢复良好，无并发症，腹部切口Ⅰ期愈合，术后5—7d出院。结论：正确实施围术期护理可减少术后并发症，提高手术成功率。
Objective： To study perioperative nursing methods in the treatment of elderly patients by video laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods： The assessment of 152 elderly patients was strengthened before video laparoscopic cholecystectomy and the patients were given psychological care, postoperative observation and proper treatment. Results： 149 patients recovered after surgery and no complications occurred. Abdominal incision of the patients healed at the first stage and they were discharged from hospital after surgery for 5 - 7 days. Conclusion： The correct implementation of perioperative nursing care can reduce postoperative complications and improve success rate of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
