铁氰化钾-钙黄绿素体系后化学发光反应测定安乃近 被引量:1

摘要 发现安乃近在铁氰化钾一钙黄绿素体系中的后化学发光反应,研究了此后化学发光反应的动力学性质、紫外吸收光谱及荧光光谱,并探讨了可能的反应机理。安乃近加入到铁氰化钾一钙黄绿素体系后,铁氰化钾在碱性条件下氧化安乃近,导致安乃近中连接毗唑环与磺酸基的甲氨基键被氧化而断裂,同时释放一定的能量。溶液中的钙黄绿素吸收反应释放的能量而被激发,激发态的钙黄绿素回到基态产生化学发光。建立了测定安乃近的化学发光分析新方法,方法的线性范围为2.0×10^-5-4×10^-3g/L(r=0.9978),检出限为7×10^-6g/L,对浓度为5×10^-4g/L安乃近溶液进行11次平行测定,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.4%。 A post-chemiluminescence (PLC) reaction was observed when analgin was injected into the reaction mixture of postassium ferricyanide-calcein chemiluminescence (CL) reaction system. The possible mechanism for the PLC reaction was discussed based on the studies of the CL kinetic characteristics, the UV absorption spectra and the fluorescence spectra. Potassium ferricyanide oxidized analgin in the alka- line solution. The amino group which connects the pyrazolyl and the sulfonic sodium group was broken, simultaneously released some energy. Caicein was stimulated by absorbing the energy. The excitated caice- in came to original state and a chemiluminescence reaction was observed. The experimental conditions of the CL reactions was optimized. A new CL method for determination of analgin was established. The linear response range of this method was from 2.0 ×10^-5 to 4 ×10^-3 g/L with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.997 8. The detection limit was 7 ×10^-6 g/L and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 2.4% for 5 ×10^-4 g/L analgin(n = 11 ).
