摘要
自由主义权利观在理论上和实践上都存在困境。理论困境体现在理论论证、理论核心和基本原则等方面;实践困境体现在强调个人权利的同时却忽视了公民责任,冷落了个人道德义务,甚至沦为西方国家人权干预的工具。将西方的自由主义及其权利观提升为适合于全人类、适合于所有不同文明社会的唯一模式实际上是西方中心主义在作怪。
The liberal conception of rights encounters theoretic as well as practical dilemmas. Its theoretic dilemma manifests itself in the theoretic argumentation, theoretic core and fundamental principles, etc. While its practical dilemma lies in that it emphasizes individual rights while disregards citizens＇ responsibilities and individual moral obligations, and what is even worse, it tends to become tools for human rights intervention by western countries. The elevation of this conception to the height suitable to the entire human race and different civilizations is the sheer proof of west centralism.
