溶胶-凝胶正交试验法制备纳米TiO_2薄膜及其光电催化性能评价 被引量:4

摘要 以钛酸丁酯用量、涂层数、煅烧温度和时间为影响因素,设计L9(3)4正交试验,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米TiO2薄膜,以暂态电流积分电量作为评价指标,考察了这4个因素对纳米TiO2薄膜的光电催化性能的影响,从而得出了最佳的制备工艺:钛酸丁酯用量10mL、煅烧温度550℃、煅烧时间3h、涂层数2层。并对最佳制备工艺下制得的TiO2薄膜进行微观结构表征。 Nano-TiO2 films were prepared by sol-gel method. Considering the charge obtained by integraling the transient photocurrent as an evaluation factor, the influernce of butyl titanate, annealing temperature, coating layers and calcining time on photoelectrocatalytic properties of TiO2 thin films were investigated by orthogonal table-L9 (3)^4. The optimum conditions were obtained as follows: butyl titanate was 10mL, annealing temperature was 550℃, calcining time was 3h and eoating layers was 2. The surface morphology and crystal phase of the film was characterized by AFM and X-ray diffraction.
