室温下无菌保存自体颅骨修补颅骨缺损的临床研究

摘要 目的 探讨应用室温下无菌保存自体颅骨修补颅骨缺损的治疗效果。方法对50例颅骨缺损患者应用室温下无菌保存自体颅骨、二期修补颅骨缺损。结果50例患者切口均甲级愈合,5例并发皮下积液,行穿刺加压包扎后治愈;无继发出血、脑脊液漏、感染、皮瓣缺血坏死、骨瓣外露、癫痫发作等并发症。术后随访12~24个月,50例修补骨瓣固定牢固,外观满意。3例骨瓣边缘局部吸收但无骨瓣塌陷。结论应用室温下无菌保存自体颅骨修补颅骨缺损是一种安全有效、易于推广的颅骨修补方法。 Objective To discuss the application of self bone flap preserved in room temperature and sterile condition in mending skull defect. Methods 50 patients with skull defect underwent secondary repair with cranial bone flap preserved in room temperature and sterile condition. Results All 50 cases had well healing. 5 cases complicated with suboutaneous fluid, then cured with pressure dressing after being punctured. No secondary hemorrhage, CSF leakage, infection, ischemia and necrosis of skin flaps, revealed implant, seizure occurred. Observations during up to 12-24 months of post operative follow up revealed that the bone flap was fixed and had a good appearance in 50 patients, and that the edge of bone flap was absorbed locally but wasn' t subsided in 3 patients. Conclusion Skull neoplasty with self bone flap preserved in room temperature and sterile condition is a safe, effective and applicable technique.
