摘要
目的:集成静脉药物配置中心专用的信息化软件管理系统,以满足静脉药物配置中心的工作和管理需要。方法:在购买的软件平台上嵌入医嘱管理、合理用药、统计分析和患者信息查询等一系列子系统并与医院信息系统衔接。结果:集成的静脉药物配置中心软件系统具有条形码标签打印和识别、处方自动审查、排药区架位维护等特色功能,在提高人员的工作效率、药品库房的管理水平、全院合理用药的意识等方面发挥了积极作用。结论:该系统的应用,规范了整个药物配置过程中的医疗行为,避免了不合理用药的发生,有效地降低了患者的医疗费用,在提高工作质量的同时也提高了工作效率。
OBJECTIVE： To integrate a specific information software management system for PIVAS （pharmacy intravenous admixture servers） to meet the demands on work and management in PIVAS. METHODS： The purchased software platform was embedded with a series of subsystems including medical orders management system, rational drug use sys＇tem, statistical analysis system and patient information inquiry system, etc. Then connected it to Hospital Information System. RESULTS： The integrated PIVAS software system had the special functions of printing and identification of bar code labels, prescription automatic review, and maintenance of shelf - position in drug allocation area, etc. And it contributed to the improvement of the working efficiency of personnel in PIVAS, management level in drug store, and awareness on rational drug use throughout thc hospital. CONCLUSION： Due to the application of PIVAS software system, the medical behavior in PIVAS are standardized, the irrational drug use was avoided, patients＇ medical costs are lowered effectively, while the working quality and efficiency have been enhanced.
