摘要
目的通过高效液相色谱仪对两种方法配制的青霉素皮试液浓度进行测定,探讨影响配制青霉素皮试液浓度准确性的因素,为临床操作提供实验室依据,促进安全用药。方法设对照组(n=20)与实验组(n=15),配制青霉素皮试液,用高效液相色谱仪检测浓度,采用SPSS软件包对数据进行统计学处理。结果两组两种配制青霉素皮试液方法比较,P<0.05差异有显著意义;采用80万U与160万U两种青霉素配制青霉素皮试液,差异无显著意义,但对照组与实验组配制出的青霉素皮试液浓度与理论值40 U/0.1 ml差异有显著性意义。结论实际配制的皮试液浓度比理论值高,一次性塑料注射器无效腔容积的存在及操作中如何做到充分摇匀,是影响皮试液浓度准确性的两个重要因素。
Objective To study the effecting factor of solution concentration accuracy for penicillin skin test by two kinds of preparing methods, and to measure the solution concentration by means of high performance liquid chromatograph to provide the laboratory basic for clinical operation and to promote the safe use of medicine. Method Patients was divided into control group (n= 20) and experimental group (n= 15), the concentrations of penicillin skin test solution were detected by using the high performance liquid chromatograph. The data were statistically analyzed by use of SPSS software package. Result There was significant difference between experimental group and control group (P〈0.05). The remarkable difference was discovered between two methods for preparing penicillin skin test solution. But there wasn't remarkable difference in test results of penicillin skin Solutions, which were respectively prepared by adopting 800,000 U and 1600,000 U Penicillin. There were remarkable differences between the skin test solution concentration and theoretical value of penicillin 40 U/0.1 ml in both groups. Conclusion The result indicates practical prepared penicillin skin test solution concentration is higher than theoretical value. Two important factors which effeeting solution concentration veracity for penicillin skin test were dead space volume exists in one-off plastic syringe and insufficient solutions shaded up.
