传统针法烧山火、透天凉对阳虚、热证模型家兔血清GC、ACTH含量的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Traditional Techniques of Needling of Shaoshanhuo and Toutianliang on the Influence of GC and ATCH of in the Deficiency and Excess Model Rabbit

摘要 目的:在针灸理论指导下,比较研究传统补泻手法"烧山火"、"透天凉"对阳虚、热证模型家兔血清糖皮质激素(GC)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)含量的影响,以期为其临床应用提供科学实验依据。方法:日本大耳白兔42只,随机分为空白对照组(A组)、阳虚模型组(B组)、阳虚烧山火组(C组)、阳虚透天凉组(D组)、热证模型组(E组)、热证烧山火组(F组)、热证透天凉组(G组)。分别采用传统补泻手法"烧山火"、"透天凉"交叉治疗,用ELISA法检测血清GC、ACTH含量。结果:两种手法均可升高阳虚模型家兔血清GC含量(P<0.01,P<0.05)和ACTH含量(P<0.01,P<0.05),且"烧山火"有优于"透天凉"的趋势(P>0.05);均可降低实热模型家兔血清GC含量(P<0.05,P<0.01)并升高ACTH含量(P<0.05),且"透天凉"有优于"烧山火"的趋势(P>0.05)。结论:传统补泻手法"烧山火"、"透天凉"对阳虚证、实热证模型家兔确有治疗效果,其效应上存在一定差异,治疗阳虚证"烧山火"优于"透天凉",治疗实热证"透天凉"优于"烧山火",故临床应用时仍建议辨证论治的选用补泻手法。 Objectives: Under the guidance of the theory of acupuncture, comparative study of the influence of GC and ATCH between the traditional reinforcing-reducing Techniques of Needling of Shaeshanhuo and Toutianliang on deficiency and excess syndrome.Methods: 42 healthy Japanese rabbits were randomly divided into the control group, Yang deficiency model group, Shaoehanhuo treatment for Yang deficiency group, Toutianliang treatment for Yang deficiency group, excess-heat model group, Shaeshanhuo treatment for Yang deficiency group, excess-heat model gwup, Shaeshanhuo treatment for excess-beat group, Toutianliang treatment for excess-heat group.By using Techniques of Needling of Shaeshanhuo and Toutianliang cress-treatment of Yang deficiency and excess-heat syndrome.Detect ACTH and GC content in the serum by enzyme-linked immunesorbent assay (ELISA) . Results: Both manipulations can increase the GC ( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05) and ACTH ( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05) content in the serum of Yang deficiency model, with tendency of Shaoshanhuo is superior to Toufianliang ( P 〉 0.05 ) . Can lower the GC ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ), increase the ACTH ( P 〈 0.05) content in the serum of excess-heat model, with tendency of Toutianliang is superior to Shaeshanhuo (P 〉 0.05) .Conclusions: Traditional Techniques of Needling of Shaoshanhuo and Toutianliang have therapeutic effects on Yang deficiency and excess-heat model, and there are some effective differences between them.For Yang deficiency model, Shaesharthuo is superior to Toutianliang, for excess-beat model, Toutianliang is superior to Shaoshanhuo.
