摘要
博客是一种特殊的数字文化遗产,在博客中有大量有价值的信息,其长期保存问题应受到全社会的重视。本文回顾了博客的发展现状,指出博客所面临的稍纵即逝、运营的不稳定及服务的免责性等生存危机,提出了制订长期存取策略、探讨分散保存的合作机制、选择归档的合理模式、制定评价的标准体系以及确保长期存取的可持续发展等博客长期存取的5条建议。
Blog is a kind of special digital heritage. There are large amount of valuable information in blogs, people should pay attention to its long term preservation and access. This paper retrospects its evolution, points out some survival crisis such as the blog＇s fleeting, its unstable operation and the exemption of duties by BSP, and then puts forward five recommendations as following： work our long-term access strategy, explore the decentralized co operation mechanism to preserve, select a reasonable archival model, develop an evaluation standard system and ensure the sustainable development of long-term access to blog.
