涤纶织物表面纳米ZnO微晶的制备 被引量:8

摘要 采用金属醇盐溶胶-凝胶法制备均匀稳定的纳米ZnO溶胶,利用浸轧法将溶胶处理到涤纶织物上,经干燥、焙烘在织物表面生成具有规则取向的纤锌矿型纳米ZnO微晶。其优化的制备工艺为:二水合醋酸锌浓度0.04 mol/L,氢氧化钠与二水合醋酸锌的物质的量之比3∶1,反应温度60℃,氢氧化钠/甲醇溶液滴加时间2 h,焙烘温度170℃。X射线衍射分析表明,所得纳米ZnO微晶属于纤锌矿型的六角形晶体。涤纶织物表面附着纳米ZnO微晶后,具有良好的抗紫外和抗静电性能,前者UPF值从88.92提升至189.76,后者峰值电压和静电压半衰期分别降至840 V和1.02 s。 Nano ZnO sol with good stability and unifornmity was prepared by metal alkoxide salt sol-gel method, its application to PET fabric was carried out with dip-pad-cure process. It was found that ZnO nanocrystals could be orientated on fabrics surface. The experimental results showed that under the conditions of 0,04 mol/L zinc acetate dihydrate, the molar ratio of NaOH to Zn(Ac)2 · 2H2O 3: 1, reaction at 60 ℃, dropwise time of sodium hydroxide/methanol for two hours, finally curing at 170℃, ZnO nano crystals were well formed on PET fabrics. X-ray diffraction result indicated that ZnO nanocrystals were of high quality and defect free with hexagonal wurtzite structure. UPF value of PET fabric with ZnO nanocrystals reached 189.76, while its peak voltage and half-life of static electricity reduced to 840 V and 1.02 s respectively, which meant that PET fabric featured favorable UV-b/ocking and anti-static properties.
