摘要
从富含天然气凝液组分的天然气中回收轻烃是提高天然气附加值的一种重要方式,但回收会消耗大量能量,因此轻烃回收装置的节能降耗具有重要意义。从大港油田天然气公司轻烃回收装置的各个处理工艺单元分析入手,结合生产管理经验,介绍了在轻烃回收装置的设计和生产运行管理环节中的节能技术。
To recover light hydrocarbon from gas which is rich in condensed liquid component is an important way to raise an added value of natural gas.A large amount of energy will be consumed during the recovery.Therefore,an ability of both energy saving and consumption reducing for recovery unit is very significant.Analyzing every treatment of the unit in Natural Gas Company,PetroChina Dagang Oilfield Company,combining with management experiences,this paper presents the unit design and the energy-saving technology in management link.
