摘要
针对大口径管道设计时如果考虑不周,可能导致管道局部应力很高,进而导致管道在工作时事故风险增高甚至破裂的问题.从管道与接管的相交角度对管道应力、变形的影响,接管的大小与管道应力、变形间的关系2个方面进行分析,以供设计师设计管路时参考.
In designing large-diameter pipelines, it may lead to high local stress in pipelines and further lead to higher risk of accident and even cracking if all matters concerned are not fully considered. Therefore, this paper analyzes the design of adapter pipe from two aspects : the effect of angle of cut of pipeline and adapter pipe on pipeline stress and deformation ; and the relationship of the sizes of adapter pipe with pipeline stress and deformation, hoping to provide references for designers of adapter pipe.
