摘要
传统的特轻特宽系列的调心滚子轴承的装配方法,保持架设计时必须在180°的对称位置上部分削减,才能保证轴承可以合套,但保持架消减后又造成在该位置经常发生掉滚子的问题无法解决。介绍了一种新的调心滚子轴承装配方法,解决了在设计中特轻特宽系列的调心滚子轴承保持架由于兜孔对滚子的包容量过小而掉滚子的问题。
In the traditional assembly methods for special fight and special wide range of spherical roller beating, cage must be reduced partially on the 180° position of the symmetric part in order to ensure that sets of bearings may be fitted, but the reduction on cage results in the miler fall frequently can not be resolved. A new assembly method on spherical miler bearing is described, which can solvc the miler falling problem resulting from that cage pocket contain roller too less in the cage design of a special light and special wide range of spherical roller bearings.
