摘要
碘化钠γ能谱仪检测建筑材料放射性,对整个检测过程的测量不确定度来源进行分析,并对测量不确定度的主要来源进行评定的基础上进行合成,最终形成不确定度的报告。
Sodium iodide γ spectrometry was used in detecting radioactive materials, detect uncertainty origin of the entire testing process were analysed. And then, major source of measurement uncertainty evaluated were synthesized and gained the uncertainty report.
