摘要
四川高教结构已实现大转变,初步形成与产业结构相适应的人才培养体系。但随着产业结构的调整,四川高教不同层次、学科、专业毕业生结构性失业的矛盾逐渐凸显,大学生就业形势不容乐观。加大四川高教层次结构和专业结构的调整力度,实现人才培养结构与产业需求的有效对接是当务之急。
The structure of Sichuan higher education has changed a lot and therefore a system of talented people＇s cultivation has come into being according to the industrial structure. However, with the industrial structure＇s sharp transformation, there exists a very obvious phenomenon, that is, the structural unemployment, according to different levels, subjects and majors of the Sichuan college graduates, attracts much concern. It needs enhance the regulation of the levels and major structure of Sichuan higher education, so as to realize the effective connection of the structure of the talented people＇s cultivation and the industrial demands.
