摘要
目的探讨产后引起尿潴留的原因及护理对策.为减少导尿术致尿路感染提供依据。方法对笔者所在医院2002年1月至2006年11月产后85例尿潴留产妇进行调查。结果不同年龄段产妇尿潴留采用物理方法诱导排尿效果差异有统计学意义。结论采用无痛、无刺激、无副作用的物理方法.协助产妇排尿以减少侵入性操作,对于减少盲目的泌尿道插管操作加大产妇泌尿道感染的风险具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the relationship between urinary retention following Postpartum and nursing countermeasures, and to supply credible gist for reducing intra - urethral caunula. Methods To investigate 85 patients with urinary retention following postpartum, the visiting time was from January 2002 to November 2006 in communications department of highway bureau hospital. Results It was significantly different between patients of different age with urinary retention taking physical methods to induce urination. Conclusion It must be thought physical methods that is without pain, irritation, and side -effect to help patients to urinate, reducing invsive operation, and avoiding iatrogenic infection.
