QCOS （Quality Check Operation Sheet）is a quality operating tool from General Motors for critical process control which could help to detect the defect during critical manufacturing process and decrease the risk of the occurrence of the defect （including safety, regulation, all the key process like torque, weld, equipment, operators that directly impact the customer satisfaction）.QCOS symmetrically evaluates the effectiveness of the resource control during a process, which achieves the quality assurance of a kind of product critical characteristics.
