摘要
目的:阐明低密度脂蛋白(LDL)分子颗粒与脑动脉粥样硬化之间的内在关系。方法:以胆固醇负荷家兔为动物模型,从血浆LDL的脂质生化学和超微形态学的角度对其进行动态观察。结果:随着胆固醇负荷时间的增加,血浆LDL中脂质过氧化物(LPO)和载脂蛋白B(ApoB)的含量逐渐增加,血浆LDL分子颗粒也明显增大。结论:血浆LDL分子颗粒的增大可能是引起脑动脉粥样硬化形成的原因之一。因此,膳食结构的改变可以预防和阻止脑动脉粥样硬化的形成。
Objective:This paper was to investigate the association of low bensity lipoprotein(LDL) with cerebral atherosclerosis. Methods:We observed the biochemical and ultrastructural changes of LDL in plasma from rabbits after they were fed with cholesterol. Results: The levels of lipid peroxide(LPO) and apolipoprotein B(ApoB) in plasma increased significantly, and molecular size of LDL also enlarged in the plasma. Conclusions: The change of molecular size in LDL may be one of the causes for cerebral atherosclerosis that can be prevented when the constituents in food are changed.
