摘要
总结浙江省东阳市林业产业化建设取得的成效和经验.分析当前林业产业化发展存在的问题:科技对产业化的支撑较为薄弱;种植品种单一、老化,缺乏良种;造林成活率不高,保存率普遍较低,老基地管理粗放、效益低;加工企业规模偏小,产品质量有待提高等.藉此提出加强基地建设,加大对龙头企业的扶持力度,完善奖补政策等林业产业化发展对策和措施.
The paper summarizes the achievement and experience obtained from the Dongyang forestry in- dustrialization construction, and analyzes the issues in forestry industrialized development, including poor technical support, singular and ageing species, short of fine variety leading to low survival rate and con- serving rate; low-benefit and extensively existing old base, small scale processing enterprise, to be im- proved products＇ quality. Therefore, the paper proposes the measures for forestry industrialized develop- ment such as fundamental construction, large support for head enterprises, making reward and supple- ment policy perfect and so on.
