师宗县低效用材林的特点是占用材林面积比重大,立地条件好,生长量低,多为天然,中龄林.论述低效林改造的目的、意义及林分改造与更新技术措施,并提出实施低效用材林改造的管理及发展对策:做好低效用材林改造总体规划及年度作业设计,简化审批手续,加强施工管理,加大资金投入,加强检查验收等.
Focus on the characteristics of low-effect timber forest in Shizong county concerning large pro- portion to timber forest area in total, excellent site condition, low yield of natural and middle- aged forest, the paper discusses the purpose, significance and measures for stand＇ s transformation and regeneration technique. It also puts forward several measures for the implementation of low-effect timber forest＇ s transformation and regeneration. For example, general plan and annual operational design for the trans- formation, simplified approval procedures, the management, the fund and examination are all expected.
