摘要 适应学校具有国际化视野的应用型人才的培养定位和课程创新精神,遵循教育部专业建设规范,借鉴国内外大学课程建设的成功经验,深入分析社会需求以及毕业生的就业趋势,多方向科学设置就业出口;构建了"基础平台+方向必选+任意选修"专业课程体系与"基本理论、课外阅读、前沿知识加案例模型"的"3+1"单门课程内容体系;突出技能培养,强化实践教学,探索"优化课内、强化课外、重视技能、强化实践"的教学模式。该改革取得了良好的效果,对地方本科院校培养高素质应用型人才具有一定的示范作用。 To meet the requirements of cultivating internationalized applied talents and curriculum innovation of the university, the School of Science follows the major courses construction standards, learns from the successful experiences of universities home and abroad, analyzes social needs for graduates and the employment tendency and scientifically guides graduates to various options after graduation. The school has also set up a specialized courses system of "foundation+ major courses + elective courses,'and the "3+ 1 "single course content system of "fundamental theory+ extracurriculum reading+ frontal knowledge and case models". Therefore, the cultivations of students' skills are emphasized, the practical teaching is strengthened, and the teaching mode of "optimizing the lessons, strengthening the extracurriculum, emphasizing the skills, strengthening the practice'is explored. These innovations have been proved good effect and play certain demonstration functions to local universities developing students into high-quality application-oriented talents.
