摘要
目前我国妇女参政取得了令人瞩目的成就,但仍然存在着参政人数少、高层少、实职少等问题。其成因主要是妇女整体素质偏低、就业状况和家庭角色制约以及培养选拔女干部的制度不尽完善。因此,要推进我国妇女的参政议政,就必须加大对妇女的教育培训和就业的力度,完善选拔和培养女干部的组织制度,增补保障妇女参政的"配客制"立法。
Chinese women have achieved a great progress in participation in government and political affairs, but there are some problems, such as small number, few senior positions and few important positions. The causes are women＇ s low qualities, their limitation of employment and role in their families, and the imperfect system in cultiva- ting women cadres. Therefore, to put forward women＇s participation in government and political affairs, we must stengthen the education and employment of women, perfect the system and add the relative law tognarantee the work.
