资本市场是社会主义市场经济重要组成部分。我国有色金属工业进入资本市场从无到有,已经形成独具特色的有色金属行业板块,其在资本市场的地位越来越重要。广西有色金属工业企业如何利用国内外资本市场,推动国有企业改革、制度创新和法人治理结构的完善,实现广西有色金属工业的飞跃发展值得我们探讨。
Capital market is an important part of socialist market economy. Since nonferrous metals industry in China enters the capital market, a plate of nonferrous metals industry has formed, which plays a more and more important role in the capital market. We need to discuss how to make use of foreign and domestic capital market to develop nonferrous metals industry in Guangxi, so that we can promote the innovation of stateowned enterprises, create a new system, consummate the structure of property ownership, and realize dramatic development for nonferrous metals industry in Guangxi.
