摘要
目的 研究光敏剂PhotofrinⅡ对骨肉瘤细胞株的抑制作用及相关光照条件参数。方法不同浓度梯度的Phot—ofrinⅡ孵育骨肉瘤细胞,He—Ne激光器照射后,使用MTT法测定骨肉瘤细胞的生存率。结果PhotofrinⅡ光动力作用于骨肉瘤细胞后,在浓度25μg/ml时可明显抑制细胞生长。结论PhotofrinⅡ产生的光动力作用可以有效抑制骨肉瘤细胞的生长,从而为临床运用光动力治疗骨肉瘤提供实验基础。
Objective To study the condition of photofrin Ⅱ suppress to Osteosarcoma cell( MG63 )lines. Methods We use He - Ne laser as light resource and MTT assay to identify tumor suppression effect which by varying concentration of photofrin Ⅱ Result From the results of MTF assay, we found that the Photofrin Ⅱ could suppress MG63 cell at the concentration of 25 μg/ ml. Conclusion The result indicated that the PDT of Photofrin Ⅱ can suppress cell lines. This technique extends the list of available modalities in treating osteosareoma.
