摘要
设备的寿命损耗是企业设备管理部门进行设备检修和更换的重要依据.根据寿命服从Weibull分布,结合Weibull分布的特征构建了预测设备寿命损耗的2参数的数学模型,根据寿命损耗可以确定设备检修和更换的最佳时机,可用于避免发生重大事故和节约检修成本.
Equipment life loss is an important basis for the maintenance and replacement of the equipments by equipment management.According to the fact that life-span is subject to Weibull distribution,mathematical model with 2 parameters is constructed,conbined with the characteristic of Weibull Distribution,which can determine the best time for the maintenance and replacement of equipment on the basis of life loss.It has practical value in avoiding major accident and saving maintenance costs.
