摘要
目的评价一次性根充法治疗急性牙髓炎的疗效。方法选择我院口腔科急性牙髓炎成人患者250例,按就诊顺序随机分成观察组130例和对照组120例。观察组一次性根充法治疗,对照组在无痛原则下引流开放,分次完成去髓、根管消毒、根管充填等治疗;结果两组治疗后24h内疼痛评价观察组明显优于对照组,经卡方检验差异有显著性(P<0.05);两年后疗效综合评价,经卡方检验2组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论一次性根充法治疗术可以减少患者的就诊次数和术者的操作程度,并可减少患者受感染的几率,能迅速地控制大多数患牙的症状,较快恢复咀嚼功能,解决患者痛苦。
Objective evaluate curative effect of the acute pulpitis cured with one-shot root canal method. Method select 250 cases of acute pulpitis adult patients from department of stomatology of our hospital and divide them into 130 cases of observation group and 120 cases of control group in accordance with the doctor visit sequence. The observation group is treated with the one-shot root canal method, and the control group is drained and opened based on the painless principle, emedullate, root canal disinfection, root canal filling and more are completed in several times; Result observation group is evidently superior to the control group in ache evaluation within 24 hours after treatment of two groups. There is significant difference subjecting to chi＇square test （P〈0.05）; comprehensive evaluation after two years show that there is no significant difference between the two groups subjecting to chi-square test （p〉0.05）. Conclusion the one-shot root canal iatrotechnics can reduce doctor visit times, operational degree on the patients and infectious probability of patients. It can quickly control most disease teeth symptom, recover masticatory function and release suffering of patients.
