摘要
本文用系统科学方法分析了化学物致癌机制,化学致癌是一个长期的、多基因、多阶段、多病因过程已被公认。研究者们认为化学致癌系统由基因和非基因因素构成,在此系统中存在若干系统属性,如整体性、综合性、动态性等,医学研究者要在癌症病因、治疗和预防中取得事半功倍成效。
This paper analysed mechanism of the cancer caused by chemical substances with the theory of system.It is generally realized that the process of cancer caused by chemicals is a long time,multi-stage,multi-gene and multipathogeny.The conclusion that cancerogenic system by chemicals made up of genic and ungenic factors has been made by many researchers in the feild of live science.There are various attributes in the cancerogenic system such as entirely synthesis dynamic state and so on.In order to get twice the result with half the effect in the feilds of pathogenesis,therapeutics and prevention on cancer,the medical researchers should scientifically use these attributes in the cancerogenic system.
