摘要
[目的]了解深圳某区板式家具中有害物质污染状况,为后继有效监管提供科学依据。[方法]2008年4月至6月在深圳某区44家家具生产企业成品库随机抽取48份板式家具样品进行有害物质检测。[结果]48份样品中,甲醛释放量最高值达17.1mg/L,可溶性铅最高值达422mg/kg。甲醛释放量合格率最低,为75.0%;可溶性铅合格率为93.8%;可溶性镉、可溶性铬、可溶性汞3项指标合格率均为100.0%。[结论]甲醛是板式家具中主要有害物质,应加强对家具生产过程的控制,加大行政监督执法力度,确保产品质量合格。
[Objective] To understand the harmful substances in panel furniture in a certain district of Shenzhen, in order to provide a scientific evidence for further effective surveillance.[ Methods] 48 samples of panel furniture were detected for harmful substances,which were chosen randomly in the product storerooms of 44 enterprises in a certain district of Shenzhen from April 2008 to June 2008.[ Results] A total of 48 samples were tested.The highest value of formaldehyde emission and soluble lead were 17.1 mg/L and 422 mg/kg,respectively.The exceeding standard rate of formaldehyde emission was the highest,it reached 25.0%.The exceeding standard rate of soluble lead was 6.2%.Other items(soluble cadmium, soluble chromium,soluble mercury)all reached the standard.[ Conclusion] The main hazards in the panel furniture is formaldehyde.We should strengthen the control of the production process,strengthen the administrative supervision,to ensure the product quality.
