摘要
[目的]研究灭多威中毒血样经实验室灌流装置吸附后毒物的定量清除率。[方法]采用包膜活性炭灌流装置对灭多威中毒血样进行实验室灌流吸附,将吸附后血样经乙酸乙酯萃取后,用高效液相色谱法测定其含量并计算清除率。对不同吸附剂用量、不同灌流时间和不同吸附剂对中毒血样的灌流清除率进行比较。[结果]灭多威在20.0~80.0μg/mL浓度范围内,最佳吸附剂用量为500mg,最佳灌流时间为2.0h,灌流吸附后血中灭多威的清除效率为98.33%~99.30%。[结论]用包膜活性炭和HA-230树脂吸附剂进行血液的灌流吸附,均能清除大部分灭多威,可以迅速降低血中灭多威的浓度。
[Objective] To study the cleanup-rate of methomyl in blood sample after hemoperfusion.[ Methods] Methomyl standard solution was added into the healthy human blood,and then rendered through a membrane coated activated charcoal hemoperfusion cartridge with huge absorption capacity.Then the blood samples were extracted with acetic ether,at last the contents of methomyl were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and compared with HA-230 adsorbent resin.[Results] The suitable time for hemoperfusion was 2 hours and the amount of adsorbent used was 500 mg.The cleanup-rate was 98.68%-99.30%.[ Conclusion] The poison was mostly removed out from blood after absorbed through membrane coated activated charcoal and HA-230 adsorbent resin hemoperfusion,the concentration of methomyl in blood could be reduced rapidly.
