摘要
建立了某兆瓦级风电叶片各截面沿其法向拉伸后的壳体模型和实体模型,采用有限元分析方法计算出该模型沿集中载荷方向下的位移并代入材料力学方程中,计算出该叶片各截面的弯曲刚度。将2种不同模型的计算结果与国外技术文件所提供的风电叶片截面刚度进行比较、综合评价。结果表明,实体单元结合简支梁边界条件计算出各截面刚度结果相对最为接近国外技术文件所提供的数据。
The shell and solid model of each section normal stretched of one MW composite wind turbine blade were built.The bending stiffness of each section was calculated by substituting the displacement of the model under the concentrated load by finite element method into the material mechanics equation.The analysis results were compared to the foreign technical data.The two different finite element analysis schemes were evaluated comprehensively at last.The result indicates that the calculated results of solid model with freely supported beam boundary condition agree with the foreign technical data best of all.
