摘要
多潘立酮(吗丁啉)是一种外周多巴胺受体阻滞剂,临床用于治疗由胃排空延缓所致消化不良症,但因拮抗多巴胺受体,引起催乳素的释放,催乳素作用于乳腺促进乳汁分泌,故服用多潘立酮后,可引起乳房胀痛、增加泌乳、月经失调、男性乳房发育症等不良反应,偶见锥体外系反应,而引起心律失常在临床上很少见。
Domperidone （Motilium） is a peripheral dopamine receptor blocker, clinical for the treatment of delayed gastric emptying caused by indigestion, but the antagonism of dopamine receptors, causing the release of pro]actin and prolactin role in the promotion of breast milk secretion, so after taking domperidone, can cause breast tenderness, increase lactation, menstrual disorders, such as male breast development of adverse reactions, occasional extrapyramidal reactions. Caused by arrhythmia in clinical practice are very rare.
