摘要
在荀子的德性修养论中,"诚"的思想占据了重要位置。与其他儒家学者一样,荀子也从天道之诚来推证人道之诚,并且认为"诚"是养心的最好方法,通过具体的外在修养功夫以达"诚",使"诚"由个体扩充至群体,最终达致"群居和一"的理想社会,同时在这一过程中完成对"慎独"的体悟。
In the thought system of Confucianism,＂Cheng＂ was one of the concept which was always concerned.It is said in the doctrine of the mean,＂Cheng＂ is the way of heaven,how to behave ＂Cheng＂ is the way of people,which connects heaven with people.As the last Confucian before the Qin dynasty,Xunzi also pay much attention to ＂Cheng＂,he thought we should perfect ourselves with ＂Cheng＂,then the society would become harmony.
