摘要
针对目前采购过程中评价和选择供应商的效率问题,对常用的评价和选择模型进行了陈述和对比,根据塔古奇损失函数和层次分析法对影响供应商评价和选择的四个决策准则(质量、按时交货程度、价格和服务)量化,汇总求得不同供应商的优劣排序情况,并且结合济宁市政府采购中心的具体数据,进行了案例演示。
For some problems of evaluation and selection of suppliers in the procurement, the paper firstly states and compares the model of evaluation and selection. And in accordance with Taguchi loss functions and analytic hierarchy process, the study also makes quantitative analysis of four criteria for decision-making, that is the criterion of quality, timely delivery, price and service influenceing the evaluation and selection of suppliers. In this case the analysis achieves the ultimate weight order of different suppliers. At the same time, the paper makes a case presentation based on the specific data of Jining Municipal Government Procurement Center.
