摘要
过去,我国电网缺电严重,加之"重发、轻配、不管用",致使配电网十分落后,尤其是农村地区,表现在网络混乱、装备陈旧、自动化水平低、维护工作量大、供电可靠性低等方面。为了改善这种状况,提高0.4kV配电网的供电质量,降低线路损耗,减少维护成本,在不改变原有设备的基础上,给出了一种基于PAC的智能远程监控系统,不但可以实时监测电网的运行参数,而且可以在必要时发出远程控制命令。实施结果表明,本系统完全可以满足电网监控的实时性、可靠性要求,达到了系统设计的目的。本系统具有Internet和GPRS两种通信模式,可以在各种地区实施,具有很大的推广价值。
Previously, power shortage is very severe and power supply is very slow, especially in rural areas. For example, confusion in the network, equipment obsolescence, low level of antomation, large maintenance workload and low side power supply reliability. In order to improve the situation,give a PAC- based intelligent remote monitoring system without changing the original equipment on the foundation. Not only can users observe the real - time data but can give remote control at proper time. The results show that this system fully equipped to meet the real- time network monitoring, reliability requirements. In addition,this system has two modes of commtmication: Internet and GPRS, has great promotion value.
