用间接血凝试验(IHA)探究仔猪哺乳阶段的猪瘟抗体消长规律 被引量:2

摘要 采用IHA方法监测仔猪哺乳阶段猪瘟抗体水平的消长规律。首先通过对全场母猪和仔猪进行普查,再根据普查及临床观察结果选出相对健康的妊娠母猪,对这些母猪所分娩的仔猪进行跟踪采血检测其猪瘟抗体的消长情况。根据试验结果:仔猪在出生6、14、21、25、28、30d测得的抗体效价平均值为5、10.5,4.75、2.75、1.4、0.8,根据以上试验数据可很好地绘制出猪群的猪瘟抗体消长曲线图,通过试验可知仔猪哺乳阶段的抗体消长符合其规律变化,推断出最佳的初免时间为23-25日龄。 The growth and decline law of classical swine fever antibodies in suckling piglets were evaluated by IHA. The growth and decline law of CSF antibodies of brood were detected in the piglets delivered by healthy gestational sows which were picked out by the clinical phenomenon and the survey of whole pig farm. The result of IHA showed the average antibodies titer of piglets in 6 days, 14 days, 21 days, 25 days, 28 days and 30 days were 5, 10.5, 4.75, 2.75, 1.4 and 0.8, respectively. According to the test data above, a curve chart of growth and decline of CSF antibody was obtained and the optimal first immune time of 23-25days was recommended.
