摘要
介绍了编组站综合集成自动化系统(CIPS)的组成,并阐述了CIPS系统管控一体的理念;以车站值班员和驼峰值班员的具体工作流程为例,论述了管控一体对编组站工作人员的作业方法及编组站减员增效等方面的影响。
This paper introduces the composition of the Computer Integral Process System （CIPS） and illustrates the concept of integrated management and control of CIPS. Taking the specific work process of station and hump operator on duty as example, it expounds the effects of implementing the integrated management and control on working method and downsizing staff to increase efficiency.
