摘要
随着我国近几年经济结构的战略性调整,社会急需大批技能型人才和熟练劳动者,而高职高专院校采取校企结合的实习实训教学方法所培养的技能型人才对当前社会这一类型人才的短缺起到了很大的缓解作用,但是高职高专院校在教学中仍存在校企结合的契合度不足等问题.为了解决这一难题,作者提出了校企一体化的改进实习实训教学方法的思路.
In recent years,with the strategic adjustment of economic structure,our society urgently need a large number of skilled personnel and skilled workers in China,while school-enterprise in higher vocational colleges with internship training teaching methods on the current shortage of this type skills of society has played a significant role in mitigation,but the teaching of higher vocational colleges still exists the school-enterprise integration issues such as lack of fitting,in order to solve this problem,the authors propose an improved practice practical teaching ideas about school-enterprise integration.
