摘要
目的探讨布氏菌的系统鉴定方法和致病机制,有效防止其传播。方法对布氏菌的鉴定、致病机制和防治策略,进行系统的整理分析。结果通过对布氏菌的生物学性状,生化特性,血清凝集,补体结合试验,能够准确鉴定布氏菌,针对致病机制,提出了防治策略。结论布病防治工作是一项科学的系统工程,根据新的流行特点,准确鉴定布氏菌,有效遏制布病疫情。
Objective Talk about systematic identification methods and pathogenic mechanism about Brucella , prevent it from propagating. Methods Analyzing and arranging Systematically on identification , pathogenic mechanism and control strategies about Brucella. Results By biological characteristics, biochemical characteristics . serum agglutination and complement fixation test , and according to pathogenic mechanism , Brucella could be identificated and control strategies has been put forward. Conclusion Prevention of disease caused by Brucella is a scientific system engineering . Basing on new epidemic characteristics , identificate Brucella accurately , control Brucella disease effectively .
