摘要
改革开放30年,我国经济社会都得到了长足的发展,同时也带来了一系列的问题。广东省提出"双转移"战略,可有效破解发展过程中遇到的难题。普通高校成人教育要提高认识、解放思想;充分利用自身优势,拓展办学模式,积极开展各级各类岗位培训,促进人力资源开发;加强产学、校企结合,普教、职教结合,多快好省地为"双转移"提供人才保证。
During the past 30 years of reform and opening up,economy and society has maintained fast growth.However,a series of problems have arisen.With the strategy of Dual-transformation put forward by Guangdong Province,the problems emerged in development can be solved efficiently.Adult education in university can broaden students knowledge,open their minds,make good use of their own advantage,enrich the educational approaches and develop various kinds of career trainings to activate the development of human resources. It can help to enforce the unity of production and academy, university and industry, general education and professional education, to ensure the supply of intellectuals to carry out the policy rapidly and efficiently.
