摘要
指重测长仪是运用V/F器件,结合定时器、计数器实现A/D转换,把测力的模拟信号转换成抗干扰能力强的脉冲信号,选用霍尔原件,在磁钢的作用下直接形成脉冲信号,经单片机处理完成测力、测长工作,在油田抽油井的试井工作时,测量井下压力计放入和取出的过程中重力和位置,为压力计的放入、取出提供了量化数据,减轻了试井作业的劳动强度,增加了井下压力计使用的安全性,同时有效避免井下压力计落井照成的经济损失.
The Zhizhong Length--measuring Instrument,which using V/F device,timers and counters to fulfill A/D conversion, and transformed measuring analog signal into pulse signals which has strong anti --interference ability, through processing the achieved pulse signals by MCU, can complete the measurement of load and length. The Zhizhong lengh--measuring Instrument can provide quantitative date, reducing the labor intensity of the well testing operation,indecreasing the use of downhole pressure gauge safety,while effectively avoiding evonomic losses of downhole pressure gauge falling to the hole.
