摘要
方法根据辽河油区曙光油田曙一区超稠油密度大、粘度高、油水密度差小,胶质、沥青质含量高的特点,采用超稠油掺不同比例稀释剂进行不同条件下热化学沉降脱水。目的选择适合于超稠油脱水的工艺条件,解决超稠油脱水的难题。结果超稠油掺入一定比例(8:2,7:3)的稀释剂,加入一定量的(200~300mg/L)破乳剂LH-2或RS-2,在沉降12h和8h时,超稠油脱水可达到油净水清。结论曙一区超稠油掺不同比例的稀释剂进行脱水,能够满足脱水生产的需要。
Method in view of the fact that the super viscous crude oil in Shu-1 area, Shuguang oilfield in Liaohe oil province is high in density, viscosity and resin and asphaltene content andsmall in oil water density thermal chemical precipitation dehydration is experimented underdifferent conditions by mixing super viscous crude oil with various proportion of diluent.Purpose To find proper technical condition for dehydration of super viscous crude oil and tosolve the problem of dehydration of super viscous crude oil. Result Separate and clean oiland water can be achieved by dehydration of super viscous crude oil mixed with a certain proportion(8: 2, 7: 3 ) of diluent and adding a certain amount (200~300 mg/L) demulsifier LH-2, RS-2 and precipitated for 12 h and & h. Conclusion Dehydration of super viscous crudeoil of Shu-1 area mixinged with different proportion of diluent can meet the need of dewatering operation.
