二维平面光电跟踪瞄准系统的设计

摘要 基于四象限探测器和精密步进系统,以超低功耗单片机MSP430为核心设计了自动跟踪瞄准装置。自动跟踪入射光束信号的漂移,实现了入射光束的二维自动跟踪和瞄准。设计方案以集成电路为主,可靠性高,可扩展性强,控制精度高,二维平面的位移精度小于5μm。该系统已调试成功,达到预期的设计目标。 Based on four-quadrant photoelectric detection and precise stepping system, an autonomous sight tracking unit based on ultra-low power consumption SCM MSP430 was designed. It was used to auto-track the drift of incident laser beam and the 2-D sight tracking of the incident laser beam was realized. The project mostly based on integration circuits has the advantages of high dependability, high expansibility and high controlling precision less than 5μm. The system has been debugged successfully and the anticipated goal has been achieved.
