摘要
目的探讨高压氧(HBO)治疗及预处理变应性血管炎的机制及临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2001—2008年46例变应性血管炎的临床资料,对其在常规治疗的基础上用HBO治疗及预处理的临床效果进行总结分析。结果经高压氧综合治疗及预处理后随访发现有64%的患者获得完全缓解。结论高压氧治疗及预处理变应性血管炎疗效显著。
Objective To discuss the mechanism and clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen（HBO） comprehensiveness cures and pretreatment on allergic vasculitis （AV）.Methods 46 cases of allergic vasculitis were reviewed retrospectively from 2001 to 2008.The treatment methods,curative effects and prevention wereStudied. Results After HBO comprehensiveness cures and pretreatment and in the follow-up,64% of patients had complete recovery. Conclusion HBO comprehensiveness cures and pretreatment have notable effects on allergic vasculitis.
