摘要
在工程设计中,螺旋型螺旋体造型的关键是螺旋型螺旋线建模。提出了螺旋型螺旋线和螺旋型螺旋体的概念,研究了螺旋型螺旋线的形成原理及数学建模方法。在AutoCAD中,运用旋转、平移等坐标变换法绘制基圆,利用"Extrude"命令将基圆沿螺旋型螺旋线拉伸形成螺旋型螺旋体。多股螺旋弹簧是螺旋型螺旋体的组合,以多股螺旋线为基础,讨论了多股螺旋弹簧的造型过程,为工程设计提供了简便方法。
The key of the modeling of spiral helical body is the mathematical models of spiral helix. The conception of spiral helix and spiral helical body is presented, and the principle and the method of mathematical model about spiral helix are discussed. Using coordinate transformation method such as rotating, moving, etc, draws a base circle, and then using the command "Extrude" moves the circle on the spiral helix to form the spiral helical body in the AutoCAD. The spiral helical body is the combination of spiral helix, and the modeling of multi-stranded spiral spring is discussed based on multi-stranded spiral helixes.
