胶态分散凝胶在多孔介质中的流动阻力 被引量:22

摘要 胶态分散凝胶(CDG)是由低浓度的部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)和柠檬酸铝(交联剂)形成的,聚丙烯酰胺和交联剂中铝的配比为20∶1.分别研究了CDG体系和不加交联剂的HPAM溶液在填充砂中的流动阻力以及HPAM的相对分子质量、填充砂的粒度对CDG体系在填充砂中流动性的影响。研究结果表明,不加交联剂的HPAM溶液在填充砂管中的流动阻力略有增加,而加交联剂的CDG体系在填充砂管中的流动阻力大幅度增加。CDG体系在粗砂中流动时,需流过65Vp(孔隙体积)的溶液,才能使填充砂管的阻力系数大大增加;而要增加同样的阻力系数,细砂管只需流过21Vp的溶液。HPAM的相对分子质量大时。 The flow property of the solution of colloidal dispersion gel(CDG) and hydrolytic polyacrylamide (HPAM) with different molecular weight in an unconsolidated sandpack and the influence of different size of the sand on the flow property of CDG in the sandpack are studied. Colloidal dispersion gels were made up of low concentrations of polymer ( HPAM ) and aluminum citrate in water. The ratio of HPAM /Al 3+ was 20∶1. The results of the study showed that the resistance factor of CDG is much larger than that of HPAM solution in the sandpack.The flow resistance of CDG in the fine and coarse sandpacks increased rapidly, after the solutions corresponding 21 and 65 times of porous volume were injected respectively. The flow resistence of the CDG formed by HPAM with larger molecular weight in the sandpack increased more quickly than that of the CDG by HPAM with smaller molecular weight. CDG is able to increase the flow resistance in the sandpack effectively.
