Treatment of unstable pelvic fractures by minimally invasive procedure

摘要 目的:介绍微创治疗骨盆不稳定骨折的方法。方法:骨盆前环外固定支架固定,骨盆后环经皮骶髂空心螺钉固定治疗骨盆骨折。结果:治疗15例,随访优良率86.7%,取得了较好的临床效果。结论:经皮骶髂空心螺钉内固定结合外固定支架治疗不稳定骨盆骨折是一种安全有效的方法。 Objective :To introduce the treatment of unstable pelvic fractures by minimally invasive approach. Methods : The fractured pelvis was fixed by external support at the anterior ring and percutaneous sacroiliac canulated screw at the posterior ring. Results: Fifteen patients received the treatment of pelvic fracture and the follow-up showed that 86.7% were cured. Conclusion : Percutaneous sacroiliac canulated screw fixation combined with external fixation might be safe and eftective in the treatment of unstable pelvic fractures.
