摘要
叙述了国内外取消湿法烟气脱硫(FGD)旁路烟道现状,分析了影响取消FGD旁路烟道的因素,并提出了取消FGD旁路烟道的技术方案。对2×300MW、2×600MW、2×1000MW机组的脱硫装置进行的经济性分析表明:单塔技术和双塔技术取消旁路烟道脱硫装置将增加投资3%~10%和10%~15%,双塔技术方案比单塔技术方案投资约增加5%;3个电厂取消旁路烟道后的运行电耗分别可以降低150万kW.h、250万kW.h和325万kW.h,节约脱硫运行成本45万元、75万元和98万元,而且维护费用也可大幅度降低。
The status quo of abolishing by pass flue duct in wet flue gas desulphurization (FGD) system at home and abroad has been described, the factors affecting the abolishing by - pass flue duct in wet FGD system being analysed,and a technical scheme of abolishing by - pass flue duct in wet FGD system being put forward. The economic efficiency analysis of desulphurization for 2 × 300 MW units, 2×600 MW units, and 2× 1 000 MW units shows that the abolishment of by-pass flue duct in single tower technology and in double tower technology for GFD will increase capital investment by 3% -10% and 10% -15% respectively. The capital investment for double tower technology is about 5% more than that in single tower scheme. After abolishing the bypass flue duct in three power plants, the electricity consumption in operation can be reduced by 1.5 million kW·h,2.5 million kW· h,and 3.25 million kW· h respectively,the cost of operation in FGD system can be saved by 0. 45,0. 75,and 0.98 million yuan respectively,and the maintenance expense can be decreased by a big margin.
