摘要
目的探讨体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)术后卧床休息时间对治疗结局及术后感染的影响。方法我院2008年1月～2009年2月新鲜移植周期280例为实验组,移植术后静卧40min后,回家照常活动;对照组为2003年10月～2007年12月间的新鲜移植周期280例,移植后卧床4h,回家卧床3～5d。比较实验组与对照组间的妊娠率、流产率、异位妊娠率以及术后感染的差异。结果实验组妊娠率、流产率、异位妊娠率分别为38.9%、7.5%、1.8%;对照组妊娠率、流产率、异位妊娠率分别为34.5%、9.3%、2.8%;两两间比较P>0.05,结果无显著性差异。实验组术后有1例患者发生尿路感染,对照组术后有2例发生尿路感染,比较P>0.05结果无显著性差异。结论体外受精-胚胎移植术后卧床休息时间长短不影响妊娠率,对流产、宫外孕、感染的发生均无影响,因此助孕患者不需卧床3～5d。
Objective To study the length of rest time in bed affect outcome of Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer and post-operative infection.Methods 280 fresh cycles were observed in 2008～2009.And 280 cycles were observed as the control group in 2003～2007.Pregnancy rates,abortion rate,ectopic pregnancy rate and infection rate of two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference between two groups in pregnancy rates,abortion rate,ectopic pregnancy rate and infection rate.Conclusion The length of rest time in bed after in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer do not affect the therapy results.So don＇t claim the patients rest in bed for a long time.
