摘要 本文研究了矿渣微晶玻璃砖的配方及其制造工艺。以高炉矿渣、玻璃粉为主要原料,采用TiO2为成核剂,获得了一种具有较低熔制温度,易实现微晶化且材料性能良好的矿渣微晶玻璃。该材料以镁方柱石、铝酸三钙、斜顽辉石为主晶相,配料中矿渣和玻璃粉用量高于70%。 In this paper,the composition of slag glass-ceramics and its mannfacturing technology are studied. Using slag and glass powder as major raw materials, TiO 2 as the germination agent, a slag glass-ceramics was formed at lower temperature which microcry stallized easily and had good properties. This material takes Akermanise Syn. Caloivm Aluminum Oxide and Clinoenstatite Syn as main Crystalline phase with the addition of slag and glass powder more than 70 percent in minor ingredients.
