摘要
论述了抚顺石化公司石油一厂长距离输送疑点在50℃以上高蜡含量原料油的管道设计原则和依据。5.6km架空管道用借水珍珠岩保温,蒸汽伴热;9.4km埋地管道用集肤效应电流法(SECT法)进行电住热,成功地解决了高凝点原料油的长距离输送问题。
Design criteria of long-diptance pipeline transporting feedstock with high wax content and with pourpoint higher than 50℃ in the No. 1 Refinery of Fushun Petmehendcal Company were described . The 5. 6 km longelevaed pipeline is irisulated with perlite and heat-traced by steam, while the 9 .4 km long undeopund pipeline isheated by surface action curmnt tracing (SECT). Problem of long-distance transporting of high pour point feedstockwas successfully solved.
